Background
I’m Lupe — a Service and Product Designer with over 10 years improving communication and experiences for brands, products, services and organizations. Currently based in Madrid, Spain.
With an entrepreneurial focus and a passion for innovation, my mission is to collaborate with individuals and organizations to build products and services from a strategic perspective, centred on user experience (UX) and consistent user interface (UI).
My leadership and planning skills have enabled me to add value to various organizations through change management, process improvements, UX evangelism and MVP creation — resulting in increased profits.
In recent years I have focused my career on designing products and services in SaaS, spanning both B2B and B2C. The sectors I have collaborated with include Healthcare, Financial Services, Logistics, Education, the public sector and e-commerce.
